Ahead of the company's 15th anniversary, Vietceramics met with Ms. Khue, Head of Logistics, on a day in mid-October. Despite being busy with work, meetings, and business trips, she was cheerful and candid, sharing many stories about her dedicated time with the Vietceramics family.

In 2004, a friend introduced me to Mr. Phuc, who is now the company's General Director. When he shared his aspiration to bring the world's best into Vietnamese homes, I thought it was an incredible idea. His ambition inspired me to make the decision to become a member of Vietceramics!

As I shared, the aspiration, passion, and success of our mission to "Create Inspirational Living Spaces" are the reasons I have stayed with Vietceramics until today.
As someone who has been with Vietceramics since its early days, I witnessed its initial shaky steps. Today's success is the result of the tireless efforts of a united, creative, and constantly innovating team. I feel very happy and proud.
The warehouse is where a large portion of the company's assets are stored. With the trust of the Board of Directors, I was given the position of Warehouse Manager from the beginning. With great trust comes great responsibility. As Vietceramics grows, the warehouse must also expand to meet the company's diverse and rich product demands from the market. The challenges of finding new warehouse locations, moving warehouses, or finding qualified staff... were all concerns during my work. I, and the entire warehouse team, had to constantly improve and acquire new knowledge to keep up with the company's growth.
